Prior to sticking the device on your shoulder:
- Rub your shoulder for 30 seconds to improve blood flow.
- Disinfect the shoulder with provided alcohol pad.
That's it, now just Stick It, Click It, Drip It, Ship It.
Simply place our sample collection device on your arm, click the red button and let the blood flow. Be sure to read the detailed instructions or video that comes with your test kit.
Ideally you should try to provide the laboratory with a full tube or at least reach the 600uL line.
This ensures we will be able to run all requested tests.
You may not see blood for more than 5 minutes. Blood flow varies amongst patients and can take up to 10 minutes. Don't worry this is normal.

Because we run our own labs we can give hands on attention to every sample.
If there is an issue with your sample when we receive it, we will contact you.
You can expect your results within 72 hours of our laboratory receiving your sample.
You’ll receive your results securely on our web portal.
As part of our mission, we want to provide our patients with accessible testing and simplified results. Our results are visual and we provide articles on our website in the Library.
Trybe always recommends discussing your results with your personal physician.
